KittySpout Monthly Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period
The KittySpout Monthly Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that same calendar month (each a “Promotion Period”).

Each Promotion Period constitutes a separate Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over to future months.

The Sweepstakes will continue on a monthly basis until terminated by Sponsor.

II. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by DT Ecom LTD, located at:

III. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To enter, complete the online entry form available on the KittySpout website during the applicable Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per email address, per Promotion Period.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or attempts to enter multiple times using different identities will result in disqualification.

V. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Litter-Robot 3.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $799 USD.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within seven (7) days after the end of each Promotion Period.

Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner fails to respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

VII. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

VIII. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

IX. Governing Law & Disputes
All disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

XI. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within 30 days of the applicable drawing date.

XII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including circumstances that compromise the fairness or operation of the Sweepstakes.
