The fountain is easy to clean and the water is always fresh and filtered. We have a subscription for the filter replacement and they've never missed. It helps to remind us to do it because the thing never gives us any problems...

Great customer service from a caring company. My cat loves the fountain - like any cat, he loves the faucet. He drinks more water now, too. I've had other cat fountains

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers!

How often do I need to change the filters?

Filters should be replaced every 2 weeks to keep the water clean and fresh. With a subscription, replacements are delivered automatically, so you never have to remember.

Is KittySpout safe for cats?

Yes. KittySpout is made from 304 food-grade stainless steel, is BPA-free, and is designed to reduce bacteria, slime, and mold commonly found in plastic bowls.

Will my cat actually drink more water?

Most cats naturally prefer flowing water. KittySpout's faucet-style stream is designed to trigger that instinct, which is why 96% of cats drink more compared to still bowls.

Is the fountain noisy?

No. The ultra-quiet pump runs at under 25 dB, making it quieter than a whisper. Even sensitive or skittish cats won't be disturbed.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge, KittySpout can last up to 30 days, depending on the mode you select.

Can I place it anywhere?

Yes. KittySpout is 100% wireless, so you're not limited by outlets or cords. Place it wherever your cat prefers to drink.

How hard is it to clean?

Cleaning takes under 5 minutes, or you can place the stainless-steel parts in the dishwasher. No tiny parts or hard-to-reach crevices.

How much water does it hold?

The 4L / 135 oz capacity provides enough water for 12–13 days, depending on your cat's drinking habits.

Is KittySpout suitable for multiple cats?

Yes. The wide, whisker-friendly bowl and large capacity make it ideal for multi-cat households.

What if my cat doesn't like it?

You're covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee. Try KittySpout risk-free and return it if it's not the right fit.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, with free tracked shipping included.
